Starting one week from today (Superbowl Sunday) we'll begin taking bookings for 2023 fly fishing tours in Southern Vermont. We cover Saratoga and Albany, NY Manchester, Stratton Mountain, Dover, Mt. Snow, Wilmington, Bennington, VT and Williamstown, MA. May through November for Brown, Brook and Rainbow trout and September, October and November for land locked Salmon on fly rods from the drift boat! As always, please call the office line at 802-375-9313, this line does not receive texts.
We offer specialized guided fly fishing day and multi-day tours throughout Vermont for novices and experts. Professional guides do not fish themselves while they are guiding for you.
You will experience the river or lake "classroom" should you need it.
Bob will make sure you enjoy the sights, sounds, and beauty of Vermont's waters. His many years of regional Vermont fly fishing guide experience will make sure you catch fish, or at least give you the best odds possible to catch fish ensuring you experience your fishing tour to the absolute fullest.
Thanks again for a great morning of fishing! You allowed me to have an experience with my son that is unbelievable and irreplaceable. We both truly learned a lot and had a blast. Like I had mentioned before, this is our start into doing something “non-competitive” sports related…which we both need a break from that...although he did remind he caught more fish than me today…."
"I look forward to being in touch with you next year to do some drift boat or river again.
Once again, THANKS!
Mike and Mason"
Five Star Google Review: "My brother and I took a guided tour with Bob Young and loved every minute of it. Bob is an exceptional guide and instructor. The next time we are back in VT we will certainly be calling Bob!" from Chris D.
"I had a great day and did learn a lot about nymphing. I certainly will keep you in mind for future outings and will be happy to recommend you to anyone looking for a guide - you worked hard that day!
“you don't stay on a pool and thrash the water. This guide is on the move to find the fish whether you're wading or in the driftboat!"
